// VEHICLE CARGO

Vehicle cargo

Pick a vehicle, load the bed with crates and pallets — the whole logistics run is costed and weighed before you even spawn it.

How this works

Every vehicle has a bed of its own size: small holds 6 slots, medium 10, large 15. Crates take up bed space and give loot slots in return; pallets carry supplies for building, fuel and repairs.

The manifest at the top adds it all up: the price of the vehicle, the cost of the cargo, the slots used, the loot slots and the supplies. The link saves your build — drop it into squad chat.

BETA DATA prices and capacities come from observing the 21–23 August test; they get refined after launch.

Why plan a load at all

Logistics in WARDOGS is not background scenery, it is a separate role the game pays for. Crates and pallets take up bed space, cost money and do not split in half: if a large crate does not fit, it does not fit, no matter how much room is left beside it. Planning the run here is cheaper than discovering on position that you brought half of what was needed.

The planner shows four things at once: how many bed slots your load eats, how many loot slots you are bringing to the position, how many supplies are in the pallets and what all of it costs together with the vehicle. That last part matters: a burned truck with a full bed is not just a lost vehicle, it is the whole run.

Frequently asked

Why will something not fit that fitted in another vehicle?

Because beds differ in size: small holds 6 slots, medium 10, large 15. A large crate takes more than one slot, so fewer of them physically fit in a small bed than the floor area suggests.

Which is better — many small crates or one large one?

It depends on what you are short of. A large crate gives more loot space per bed slot; a small one is more flexible when you are filling in the last of the space. The planner costs both instantly: build one set, then the other, and compare the manifests.

Are these numbers official?

No. Bed capacities and crate prices are community measurements from the playtest (beta 1, 21 August 2026) plus data from the game files. BULKHEAD has published no tables. After the 10 September launch we verify everything with our own measurements and update — and whatever changed gets flagged.
