Questions
What is a priority day?
24 hours when #1 is already full for others, but you get in. In the evenings #1 is full almost every day. Days work on #1 only: that is where the queue builds up.
Does Premium give an edge in combat?
No. Experience is the same for everyone. Rewards are priority days at the door, patches, marks and colours. The pass gives no weapons, money or armor in the game.
Started later: will I make it?
Yes. Experience counts from Oct 21 even if you press “Activate” later. Tasks from past weeks don’t burn until Dec 21. Get Premium later and everything already open in the Premium row is yours at once.
How do I turn on priority days?
Whenever you like, one at a time if you want, until Dec 28: “Turn on priority”, then how many days. The days add to your current term and the bot DMs you. Everything else lands by itself: nothing to claim.
Where does experience count?
On “#1 EU | WARDOGS UA | HUB” and “#2 EU | WARDOGS UA | HUB”. Sign in on the site with Steam or with Discord linked to Steam, so we know it is you. The page updates every 15 minutes, and at levels 10, 20 and 30 the server tells you in the game chat.
The server didn’t count my minutes: what about my experience?
If the count stopped through our fault, we add the minutes: to those who were on the server before and after, and by the kill feed.
How do I get Premium?
Press “Get Premium” and the support form opens: it gives you a WD-XXXX code and a jar, and fills in Steam and Discord itself. Premium turns on once we match the transfer, and the bot DMs you. You can get it until Mon Dec 21, 20:00 Kyiv time.
Can I get a refund?
No. Premium supports the project and comes with rewards; there are no refunds. So look at the ladder first: what is open already and what opens next.
How is Premium different from the Priority trial?
The Priority trial turns on at once for a set term and only with a partner code. Premium is rewards for playing during the pass: priority days open with levels and you turn them on yourself, plus patches, a role and marks.
Can I gift the pass?
Yes: put the Steam or Discord of the person you gift it to in the form. If they already have Premium, the form tells you.
What if my friend already has Premium?
If you’re signed in, we’ll message you: pick another friend or keep it yourself. No need to pay again.
What if I already have Premium and paid again?
We’ll message you: gift Premium to someone or keep the payment as support for the project. No need to pay again.
How is this different from supporting the project?
Senior Agent and Quartermaster give priority at once for a term. The pass is rewards for playing over nine weeks. Quartermaster gets Premium as a gift, Senior Agent gets it 50% cheaper.
What happens after Dec 21?
Patches and your name in the summary stay for good, the mark by your name on the leaderboard until Dec 21. Turn on priority days until Dec 28.
How is the pass final winner picked?
The wheel spins Mon Dec 21, 21:00 Kyiv time among everyone at level 30, Free and Premium alike. One chance for level 30 and one more for every 500 XP above it (up to +5). The randomness is the same verifiable one as in the weekly raffle, with a round of its own. The pass final is 500 ₴, or 1,500 ₴ once 50 fighters reach level 30: the pass final block above shows how many are there already.
How does the map pick work?
You pick the map and zone of the next match on #1, once per pass. The current match stays as it is: your pick becomes the next one. It works 12:00–23:30 Kyiv time, when #1 has 20+ players and you are on it; up to 2 picks an evening on the server. If it doesn’t happen, the ticket comes back. Unused by the end of the pass, it turns into +1 priority day on #1.
