We have agreed with another Ukrainian WARDOGS community to keep a shared ban list. The exchange has been running both ways since 15 September.
What it is for
Someone thrown off one server usually just moved to the one next door. Now the ban travels with them.
What it does not mean
We do not ban blind on someone else's complaint: only decisions with a stated reason go into the list, and both sides can see every one of them. A mistake can be lifted — open a ticket.
